We understand that you have a choice on where you purchase your modelling goods, we also understand that the competition is fierce. Therefore, it is of our primary objective to provide superior customer service to you in the hope that you will appreciate it and will want to shop with us again.

Warranties are always a touchy subject, but we know things can go wrong and we know that this is often out of your control.

What this means for you is that if something goes wrong when you purchase something from our store, we are obliged to resolve the problem for you by any means possible if not, then we refund you.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer a warranty that extends to a certain amount of days, rather we look at each situation and determine if the problem was either a manufacture fault or a user fault. A manufacture fault means that the product was faulty out of the box and was out of anybody’s control.

A user fault however, is for example when you purchase a RC Helicopter and cause crash damage that may inversely have an effect on the product functioning properly. In this case, we do not offer any warranty. However, we do work on things with a case by case basis with your best interests at heart.

In the case that items need to be repaired, we either try to do the repair on site in our store. However, some repairs and warranty claims require that we send the goods back to the supplier (New Zealand based) and this can take up to 3-5 days.
